About TIMEWELL

• Based in Timewell, Illinois, thirty miles east of Quincy, IL

• Began production in 1995 with one extrusion line, producing 3”, 4”, 5”, 6” and 8”   tubing.

• Expanded to three extrusion lines in 1997 to produce 10”, 12” and 15” tubing

• Installed a fourth extrusion line in 2001 to specifically handle the needs of our   growing commercial market.

• We own and operate our own trucking line.

• In 2001, added more than 50 new drainage products.

• Timewell undergoes its largest expansion in company history in 2002.  The addition of   the new MaXflo dual wall manufacturing line gives Timewell the capability to   manufacture its own 4” through 24” dual wall, engineered for water-tight seals.  The   smooth flow bell design is the first of its kind in the nation.

• Timewell added a full service distribution center in Enfield, Illinois in 2002.

• In 2004, Timewell expands into the Michigan market with the purchase of a   manufacturing facility in Clifford, MI.
